Tenants

For our Tenants, it is important to note that we do require to you go see or have seen the property you are putting in an application on. We need one Cover page filled out with the Names/DOB's of all of the tenants who would be residing in the house. For the tenant we have on the lease, we need: Proof of Income, Proof of Funds, A full Credit Profile, and a copy of the driver's license. We need one application filled out front and back per every tenant that is 18+ years old. Scanned and emailed to gene@theresultsrealestategroup.com . There is a screening fee, but it is only charged if you are the final applicant picked for the property.

What is the process once your application is submitted? The Property Manager would call to verify the application, and also to confirm that you have seen the property. Once the application is confirmed, we run it by the owner. We call you back confirming whether you are or are not the final applicant. If you are the final applicant, we send out a proposed lease and run a credit check (as needed). Once signed and returned and move in funds are exchanged. Only certified funds are accepted for move in funds (First months rent, Security Deposit, and Screening Fees). After we get funds, we give you possession of your next home!
